We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our client in Canterbury. Ideal candidates will have an extensive background in customer service including dealing with complaints and will be available for an immediate start. Duties include;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Be able to work under pressure
Be well organised with outstanding problem solving skills
Be able to deal with complaints in a calm, controlled and above all professional manner
Attention to detail is paramount in this role
Working hours; Monday – Friday 0900 – 1800 with 1 hour lunch break
